Some cars we buy directly from private owners, others come from trusted trade contacts or auctions. But here’s the difference: we don’t list anything until we’ve personally inspected, test-driven and vetted.
No auction polish jobs. No mystery oil leaks. No “sold as seen” surprises, or ’essential checks’ missed!
What we check (and often fix)
Before we list a MINI, we typically check or address:
Timing chain noise (esp. on N14 engines)
PCV & valve cover condition
Turbo oil feed & return lines
Thermostat housing and coolant leaks
Carbon build-up, oil consumption, misfires
Service history gaps and common MOT fails
We also photograph cars honestly, flaws included, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
